Rapha, the iconic cycling brand, is sponsoring “Rapha Rides“, a series of cycling events spread over 20 cities worldwide. The Los Angeles event is taking place the weekend of July 28th through 30th. There will be a host of activities , ranging from cycling clinics to rides. The Transfer Ride is the marquee event – a two day, 165 mile round trip ride to Ojai. Another interesting event is the Herman Miller Design Ride led by Michael Sainato, VP of Creative at Design Within Reach. This will be a 13 mile tour of some iconic architecture in Los Angeles. As always, Rapha is pulling out all the stops for this weekend, and each ride and clinic should be well worth the time. I should be back from Europe in time for these, so count me in.
