According to Bike Rumor, Cervelo has negotiated a financing agreement with PON Holdings BV, a Dutch trading and services company. It will be interesting to see what becomes of Cervelo, though I am even more curious as to what Gerard Vroomen is up to. I hear rumor he is working on a new bike company, but that remains to be seen. He sold his stake in Cervelo in May of 2011.
