While at Interbike, I had a chance meeting with Brian from Fix it Sticks. I had followed the Kickstarter project from early on, and was quite happy to see it get funded. Now Brian is well on his way to coming out with a full line of Fix It Sticks for all us cyclists and tinkerers. I picked up a sample while at the show, and I can say with all certainty that this is the tool to carry when riding. It is simple, works very well, and is incredibly compact. The multi tool comes in a recycled inner tube carrying case, and can fit in any jersey pocket. Because of the way the tool fits together, torque is not a problem when trying to budge even the most stubborn bolt. This is an ingenious design, and I look forward to seeing the upcoming iterations of Fix It Sticks.
