Matthew Sowter, one of the three behind the Made in England book, has started Saffron Frameworks in London. There isn’t much information on the website, but there are some beautiful builds to look at, ranging from a 29’er mountain bike to the above pictured carbon ISP road bike. While in London last November, I had the chance to tour the small workshop where Saffron is based. It’s a neat affair, with interesting things to look at all around.
